Felt Bicycles is an American company headquartered in Irvine, California. The company was founded by Jim Felt after he earned a reputation for being one of the best motocross mechanics in the United States. Felt started his business informally in the 1990s by creating a bicycle frame for top motocross racer and triathlete Johnny O’Mara. The company offers four lines of road bikes—the AR Series, F Series, Z Series and Fit Woman. Each line has anywhere from three to a dozen models and frames. Felt uses a unique process for designing its bikes including wind tunnel development, which means their products are exposed to aerodynamic trails early in the creative process. The Raleigh Bicycle Company, which is located in Nottingham, UK, is one of the oldest bike companies in the world. The company was founded in 1887 by Frank Bowden; it was originally housed on Raleigh Street in Nottingham.

Raleigh presently has nine separate road bike models, including the Competition, Supercourse, Grand Sport, and Sport. The other models are the RX 1.0, Clubman, One Way, Rush Hour, and Sojourn. The bikes range from pricey semi-professional race models such as the Competition to less expensive traveling cycles like the Sojourn.

Trek notes that the company believes in “long rides” because of all the great ideas that come when you’re on the road.

The idea behind Trek bikes is attached to its commitment to ensure that they will continue to improve the performance of their products, ensuring that riders go faster and farther. Additionally, Trek believes that bikes are one of the ways that we can start to solve the world’s energy and transportation problems. Many of the nine road series bikes offer numerous models. The Madone series includes 18 models with five being pro bikes, while the 2 Series includes four models.
